Administrator Responsibilities:

Manage executives' schedules, correspondence, and supplies.

Assist in managing employee contracts and sourcing new personnel if necessary.

Handle team meeting schedules and liaise with office suppliers.

Provide assistance to colleagues as needed.

Assistant Responsibilities:

Act as a central point of contact for executives, employees, and clients.

Manage information flow and schedule meetings and travel for executives.

Maintain office supplies and format communication materials.

Organize office files and ensure efficient document management.

Fluency in English and French is required; Russian or other languages is a plus.

Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams.

Good conversational skills.

Organized and charismatic.

A driver's license is preferred.
