â? Support the company and Information System (IS) transformation by defining the IS urbanisation as well as the main stages of its transformation.
â? The Enterprise architect ensures that the IS is correctly defined and structured in order to achieve business goals efficiency and a sustainable company growth (organic and by acquisitions) for the Group business units/service lines and international subsidiaries.
MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY :
IS Target and evolution strategy He/she defines a middle term and long term IS target with the help of the Product & Tech (P&T) departement teams in line with the company's strategy.
Participates or animates workshops with Business, P&T stakeholders to define the vision.
Formalises and promotes the IS Target, as well as the organisation of associated IT projects.
Enterprise Architecture Framework The Enterprise Architect (EA) participates in designing, documenting and maintaining the Enterprise architecture Framework.
He/she promotes the related practices and tools, within a governance framework intentionally distributed in P&T that values â??â??the delegation of responsibilities and the sharing of information.
He/she verifies that the practices and tools are correctly applied in the Group.
Architecture Board He/she prepares the architecture board review, attends to the Architecture board, and verifies that the recommendations are applied.
Architecture Guild Identifies key topics to work with the Guild, prepares the workshops.
Animates the Architecture Guild, and helps Guilds members to formalise, apply and promote Architecture principles and standards.
Verifies that principles are correctly adapted in standards, rules and guidelines and applied by the organisation.
Architecture Studies Helps product teams define the life cycle of products, identifies the main impacts on the IS.
Participates, if necessary, in the studies carried out by the product teams, particularly for the RFI/RFP.
Analyzes technical debt and proposes remediation plans.
Contributes to ideation and innovation within Product & tech.
IS High-level documentation Produces and maintains architecture blueprint describing the IS target, as well as diagrams allowing architecture analysis.
Participates in setting up and administering a tooled repository, and providing support to other P&T teams.
Others The EA can lead audits, process definition (including governance topics), return on Experience (REX) upon the request of the CTO.
PERSONAL PROFILE OF POSITION HOLDER :
Previous experience â? At least 4 years of professional experience in an Architecture department and a significant experience within a multinational organisation.
â? Experience in the services sector (in particular travel) appreciated and on digital â? Demonstrable experience of Enterprise architecture and practice of an architectural framework ( TOGAF, ZACHMAN, PRAXEME, ..

) would be appreciated Languages â? French, English (fluent as all communication and documentation is done in English).
Spanish is an advantage ( used in Spain Hubs).
