Our client is currently seeking a talented and driven InvestmentFundsAssociate to join their expanding team in Paris.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of investment fund matters and collaborate with leading professionals in the field.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the structuring, formation, and documentation of investmentfunds.
Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory matters related to investmentfunds.
Review and negotiate fund documentation, including offering memoranda and partnership agreements.
Advise clients on fund compliance and regulatory requirements.
Assist with fund-related transactions, including fund investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
Support senior associates and partners on complex fund matters and client engagements.
Qualifications:
Qualified lawyer with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in investmentfunds law.
Strong academic background with a law degree from a reputable university.
Experience working in a top-tier law firm with a focus on investmentfunds.
Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
Knowledge of investment fund regulations and industry practices.
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
