Define and deploy full funnel media strategies (from awareness to conversion) for partner trendy beauty Brands across all European markets.

This includes designing strategic briefs, establishing measurable KPIs, and coordinating with media agencies, all while adhering to Sephoras guidelines.

Collaborate closely with Sephoras internal (advertising, marketing, social media, legal) and local teams to ensure 360 media consistency within each Brands global marketing strategy.
