Management of a team of talents
:
Analyze the market, track trends and set Sephoras priorities to attract customers to the brand and create differentiation.

Contribute to the definition of the category roadmap and ensure the category's strategy is implemented in closed partnership with the global team, our countries and in collaboration with internal departments

Lead Europe incubated brands success by sourcing and launching new brands to cover white spots in our assortment and strengthen SEPHORA's position in Europe.
Support the change of mindset to build brand from scratch with Sephora departments and markets' supports.

Handling a portfolio of brands and partnering with them to define priority projects at Sephora's.
Definition of differentiating 360 marketing plans for key launches:
media and social media, trade marketing, e:
store, CRM, training, sampling

Close partnership with brands on their strategy in collaboration with BP team, products development, and discussion of commercial terms (marketing investments, NIP, purchase prices, returns, space allocation, promotional means, newness forecasts).

Monitoring of budget, assortments, merchandising updates, forecasting, stocks and sales analysis
:
Be responsible for the effective communication of the strategy to the markets, have the ability to convince and simplify, as well as monitor the proper execution of the brand portfolio
:
Management of transversal projects (tools improvement, process transformation, team work optimization)
:
Ensure best practices across all category management activities, in alignment with other categories make up and fragrance.

10/15 years of experience in category management, marketing and/or Key Account Management.
Retail and Digital expertise would be a plus.
