Administrate the ethical alert line and manage ethical alerts.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of ethical alerts.

Closely work with the E and C teams in charge of local investigations

Closely work with the Global, regional and local audit and HR teams.

Conduct investigations under the supervision of the GlobalEthics and Compliance Director
:
Supervise external investigators ensuring time and cost efficiencies
:
Train on regular basis the team in charge of investigations

ToolsManagement:

Administrate Gifts and Invitations and Conflict of Interest tools.

Supervise reporting and action plans regarding these declarations

Supervise communication campaigns ensuring acculturation on these topics

Collaboration with LVMH Teams and interaction with LVMH Maisons:

Work closely Ethics and Compliance within LVMH and other Maisons, by participating in working groups and collaborating on LVMH E and C priorities.
As GlobalEthics and ComplianceOfficer, you will have the opportunity to extend your impact beyond your specific scope.
You will actively and closely collaborate with team members responsible for Business Integrity and the Duty of vigilance, contributing to cross:
functional projects.
This enhanced collaboration will promote the central role of the Ethics and Compliance department within the group and will offer you a global view of the issues related to Integrity.

At least 5 years of experience in compliance and ethicsmanagement.

Master's degree in Law, with a specialization in Ethic and Compliance (Master 2)

Strong understanding of compliance and ethical standards, excellent investigative skills.
