Role Overview
OMERIA is seeking a BusinessDevelopmentAssociate to support the firm’s commercial development activities.
This role is designed for a motivated professional early in their career who wants exposure to high-level strategic environments and international markets.
The role combines research, relationship support, and commercial execution.
It offers a steep learning curve alongside senior partners and direct visibility into how complex advisory relationships are built and sustained.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of OMERIA’s businessdevelopment strategy across priority markets and sectors
Conduct market, sector, and client research to identify relevant opportunities and targets
Assist in preparing client materials, proposals, and commercial presentations
Support relationship management with founders, executives, investors, and partners
Track opportunities and maintain a structured commercial pipeline
Monitor regulatory, market, and competitive developments relevant to OMERIA’s activities
Profile & Experience
Undergraduate or Master’s degree, with 2–5 years of full-time professional experience following graduation
Prior experience in private equity, strategy consulting, or advisory roles involving transactions, growth strategy, or investor-facing work
Ability to work collaboratively within small, senior teams, and to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Proven capacity to own and drive defined workstreams within broader strategic or commercial initiatives
Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving, and cross-border environments
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to structure problems and apply quantitative reasoning where relevant
