Be part of a dedicated squad team, focused on a specific area of the game, working closely with designers, developers, and artists.
Define and maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap that aligns with product milestones, team capacity, and the project's OKRs.
Break down high-level goals into actionable, trackable tasks.
Tracks team progress against sprint and milestone goals, anticipates risks, and takes initiative to resolve delays or blockers.
Drives accountability and ensures scope is delivered with quality.
Communicates clearly with stakeholders about progress, risks, and dependencies.
Delivers concise, actionable reports and continuously integrates feedback into planning.
Monitors planned vs.
actual performance on budget, features, and delivery.
Leads sprint rituals (planning, reviews, retrospectives) with structure and purpose.
Consistently maintains and refines the backlog, ensuring the team stays focused on delivering the most valuable outcomes.
Partners with QA and Design to uphold high standards of polish and usability.
Identifies issues through test feedback and player insights, ensuring the team learns and iterates effectively.
