What you'll build:
The BTM MU DemandManager orchestrates the local execution of the Regional BTM Demand Plan.
This role requires a structured, proactive, and collaborative individual who can influence stakeholders and ensure strong execution of demand initiatives across the 5 sources of Demand (Sales, Marketing, Digital Hub Sales Development Executives, Partners, Customer Success Manager and Services).
Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline Health and Governance
:
Monitor and control the creation of new pipeline according to the various sales streams and demand sources

Ensure sufficient pipeline coverage to achieve sales targets

Act as the guarantor of pipeline quality
:
Analyze pipeline movements and identify risks in advance in order to propose remediation plans

Demand Planning and Execution
:
Locally coordinate demand generation activities and early:
stage pipeline progression
:
Drive the execution of the BTM demand plan across all demand sources
:
Review and adjust the demand plan throughout the year in line with business needs

Alignment and Continuous Improvement
:
Ensure the execution of regional and global demand programs
:
Share and promote best practices within the organization
:
Collaborate closely with the SAP MU DemandManager and other local DemandManagers to identify growth opportunities and support the continuous improvement of demand processes

term position is primarily focused on Demand Management within the France BTM team.
You will report functionally to the BTM Regional DemandManager and to the BTM MU Sales Leader to ensure perfect alignment with both regional and local visions for focused execution.
You will also collaborate with the entire BTM sales team as well as the Marketing, Partner, Business Development, Customer Success, and Services leaders.
