Portfolio Territories and Health Organizations covering local authorities (regions, departments, metropolitan areas, federations of municipalities, major cities), local public enterprises (EPL:
public utilities, development operators, mobility, energy/lighting, water, waste, sanitation, housing, tourism, ports/airports), hospitals, and health agencies.

Nature of the position:
Primarily a new business/greenfield role (low vendor/publisher presence in these accounts, with few exceptions), with a focus on market creation - account prioritization, market penetration, opportunity creation - as well as the management of an ecosystem of partners (integrators, complementary publishers, consulting, cloud).

Key responsibilities:
Support a Senior AccountExecutive in defining the account and territory plans, qualifying customer needs, building business cases, leading prospecting campaigns, managing relationships with key decision makers (CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, General Secretaries, business unit leaders), and coordinating the extended team (pre:
sales, sales specialists, architects, value advisors).

Challenges:
Long sales cycles, political and budgetary stakes, high compliance requirements (security, data), need for evangelization (many products), well:
established competitors - so it is essential to build a differentiation strategy (business value, platform, integration, industrialization).
