Description The Engagement Manager will aim to lead Singulier projects and taskforces to success We are looking for a manager to lead taskforces composed of consultants and senior digital experts members located both in France and in the UK.
You will be part of the Singulier team (around 40 people) and you will be responsible for managing projects with the support of a Director or Partner.
In this role you will:
Contribute to building proposals for prospects with the support of the Singulier management team (partners, directors, community leaders) Structure approach and workstreams Participate in setting up the appropriate team (Strategy Consultants & Experts) Push innovative ideas in the problem-solving brainstorm Lead and manage projects from execution to closing Drive problem-solving and analyses Manage resources and end-products, while contributing to maintaining a good profitability on your projects Be responsible for project timelines and team's task completion Manage the operational client relationship at C-level Handle queries and challenges from the client Face complex and political environments successfully Ensure the appropriate capitalization of the projects Develop other team members Provide support to junior team members Coach interns/analysts and help them reach their performance expectations Contribute to the growth and strategy of the company by leading some internal projects Requirements Min 4/5 years in a strategy or digital consulting firm Entrepreneurial spirit with strategic and operational abilities Proven ability to build, lead and execute strategy Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project management skills paired with meticulous attention to detail Track record of accurate, high quality work, with strong written and communication skills Digital skills and knowledge Excellent commercial abilities Bilingual French and English is a must Self-motivated and proactive Benefits To be part of an ambitious entrepreneurial adventure To work with senior and experienced profiles To integrate a positive and happy team SINGULIER Paris Expérience souhaitée
