ProductManager France & Europe ETAP is looking for an experienced ProductManager for our ECAD software SEE Electrical 3D Panel which supports the designing and manufacturing of electrical cabinets.

The Role ProductManager for our ECAD software SEE Electrical 3D Panel which supports the designing and manufacturing of electrical cabinets.
Position Responsibilities Customer User Experience & Customer Satisfaction:
Manage usability testing, beta testing with user communities or test marketing programs, assess the results and takes appropriate corrective action by clearly understanding the user journey working hand in hand with the user experience experts.
Work hand in hand with customer success teams to ensure that we deliver the right value for the money.
Portfolio Vision & Roadmap:
Visualize the future of our product and services strategy.
Make sure to identify high value features for customers (pain points solution, ..
.
).
Build the business case & business model including monetization strategy - and build, manage and evolve a roadmap which is aligned with company strategic programs and hardware offer launches in countries.
Share on a quarterly basis the vision and roadmap with the team and the stakeholders.
Market Analysis:
Maintain a constant surveillance and awareness of the market and effectively identify customer needs and technology trends.
Then build a competition and market mapping and propose evolutions of our own offer to support our vision.
Business Development:
To work with the sales teams to improve the effectiveness, pursue new strategic growth opportunities, identify new market segments etc.
Adoption:
Define and track the relevant KPIs, listen to customers, understand country habits, specific user journeys, improve the product, communicate more with customers, gap anaylsis.
Product governance lead:
Convince stakeholders with the strategy and business case.
Establish a product governance to review the release progress, escalate and decide on roadblocks.
Business Requirements:
From the defined strategy and the roadmap, define suitable customer journey based on user research, co design and design thinking.
Then write down comprehensive set of requirements that address all defined customer needs.
Deployment:
for each market release, drive the deployment, training and support plans with the Country Leader and Customer success team.
Your skills and experience Several years of software Product Management, or sales/marketing experience in electrical engineering or industrial automation industry environment Experience in Electrical Panel Building environment is desirable Experience in Design Thinking methodology Knowledge of IGE-XAO SEE Electrical products is desirable Fluent English required Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or Business is desirable Ability to lead through influence without having direct control Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Exemplary listening skills and the ability to translate internal and external customer requirements Positive, proactive and collaborative work style Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience Location The role is hybrid, the office can be Paris, Toulouse or Grenoble https:
