Position Description:
Manage a portfolio of 10 to 15 customers and assignments and contribute to its development through your consulting actions and relationships.
Participate in the development of consulting offers to meet the needs of the market or Cority's existing clients.
Supervise and train junior consultants on sustainability-related assignments.
Contribute to the company's methodological, human, commercial and strategic development, and in general to its growth.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Reporting 21 software with the whole team (ideation of functionalities, gathering of customer needs).
Ideal Profile:
You are a graduate of a business or engineering school, or of a major university, with a preferred background in sustainability, CSR or sustainable development.
You have 2 to 4 years' consulting experience in a large or medium-sized company.
You have experience in managing junior consultants and carrying out assignments.
You have proven experience (> 2 years) in CSR, ESG or sustainable development consulting.
You are data-driven (KPIs) and results-oriented.
You have good interpersonal and listening skills, as you will be in constant contact with our customers.
You are able to integrate quickly into a dynamic team.
