For one of my end customers in Europe, we are looking for a Workday Compensation & Talent & Performance specialist.

Europe (100% remote)

Duration:


Until the end of 2025 (renewable)

We are seeking a professional for a Workday Phase 2 implementation focusing on Talent and Succession, as well as Core and Advanced Compensation modules.

1. Provide professional and technical advice on Workday Compensation and Talent & Performance modules.



2. Implement the Compensation & Talent & Performance modules.



3. Manage cross-stream topics related to the implementation.



4. Consult with the customer regarding best practices.



5. Support during the testing phase.



6. Lead the Compensation and Talent & Performance modules.



7. Possess Workday Core and Advanced Compensation and Talent Management certification.



8. Fluent in German.
