Our client are a small, highly successful distributor of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
They are looking for a SalesEngineer to join them, based close to Grenoble, to contribute to continued growth of the company.
Working as an essential link between the company, its clients, and its suppliers, you are responsible for:
- Responding to prospects from across Europe by analyzing their needs to provide them with appropriate technological solutions.
- Promoting and selling complex products through technical arguments
- Writing commercial proposals and responding to tenders
- Managing, developing, and retaining the existing client portfolio
- Managing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, acquiring and maintaining the technical knowledge related to the distributed products, including on:
site visits (USA, Asia)
- Meeting clients during your national and international travels (Europe).
- Participating in various trade shows
- Analyzing and developing a commercial and technical strategy to reach new markets
- Ensuring technological and competitive intelligence
Desired experience:
Engineer by training with field sales experience (3 to 10 years) and/or additional training, your expertise and your taste for human relationships enable you to sell complex products that require a deep understanding of technical aspects and the specific needs of clients.
Experience in the semiconductor industry would be a strong plus.
