60% office based, 40% remote As a Staff SoftwareEngineer in our Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) Accelerator, you’ll set technical direction across multiple teams, proactively remove blockers, build scalable and reliable platforms, and coach engineers to deliver with speed, quality, and compliance.

Ensure data-driven decision-taking Designs and builds robust software solutions for research workflows and data analysis Mentors senior engineers, enabling them to take on greater ownership and leadership Excellent written and verbal communication in English Significant experience in softwareengineering (or equivalent knowledge).
