As a SeniorDataAnalyst in the Omnichannel CRM and Client Department, you will play a crucial role in the creation and evolution of the data-driven Client Strategy worldwide and across all channels of the ChristianLouboutin ecosystem , with greater attention placed on both Retail and E-commerce.
You will be skilled in all aspects of data analytics , including mining, generation, and visualization.
Additionally, you should be committed to transforming data into readable, goal-driven reports for continued innovation and growth.
You will dive into our data to uncover insights , formulate recommendations , and partner with stakeholders across multiple departments (Retail, E-commerce, Digital Communication and Business Divisions) to help us understand our client behavior and patterns across all touchpoints.
You will contribute to the identification, selection and evolution of data analysis tools and will manage all client data sources , acting as a guardian of data reliability.
You will help put in place a consistent cross-channel data strategy, and work across all touchpoints to optimize data collection and enrichment .
You will put in place and evolve client data dashboards for all internal stakeholders, both at Headquarters and in the Regions, and will be a point of reference for insight interpretation.
You will cooperate with technical teams to define data flows across the systems, in the present and future data architecture, to make sure the evolution of the data environment reflects the analytics needs and requirements .
Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Reporting :
Analyze customer data from various sources (customer database, website, BI, Salesforce) to uncover trends and insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, retention, conversion.
Collaboration and Strategy Development :
Evolve the current segmentation according to the behavioral changes and to the Maison's business vision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CRM, e-commerce, and IT, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer relationship management.
Contribute to the development of the overall client-centric strategy by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Data Quality and Governance :
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data by implementing best practices for data management and governance.
Identify and resolve data quality issues, working with IT and other stakeholders as necessary.
Client Data Management :
Manage all client data sources and act as a guardian of data reliability.
Work with external partners to help maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
Put in place and evolve client data dashboards for all internal stakeholders both at headquarters and in the regions.
Promote a data-driven culture within the team and throughout the company.
Skills and Qualifications At least 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the luxury or retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
A Master's degree is preferred.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (preferably Power BI).
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present data insights to business stakeholders.
