Role Overview
The Global Key Account Director, Agency Partnerships is responsible for driving enterprise sales of indaHash's influencer marketing platform to global and regional advertising/media agencies.
This strategic position focuses on building and expanding relationships with agency networks to establish indaHash as their preferred influencer marketing platform partner.

Primary Objectives
The role holder will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets through enterprise agency sales:
- Enterprise deals:
Minimum 12 annual deals ($100K-300K+ range)
- Annual recurring revenue target:
$2M+
- Account portfolio expansion:
30% year-over-year growth
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation and Pipeline Management
- Drive strategic sales initiatives within global agency networks
- Build and maintain a qualified enterprise pipeline with 3x coverage
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across agency hierarchies
- Exceed assigned revenue targets through network expansion and regional adoption
- Strategic Account Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with agency holding company executives
- Create and execute network-wide partnership strategies
- Navigate matrix organization structures of global agency networks
- Build strategic partnerships at global, regional, and local agency levels
- Market Development
- Identify and pursue opportunities across major agency networks
- Position indaHash as a strategic partner for agencies' influencer marketing practice
- Represent indaHash at key agency and industry events
- Provide market intelligence on agency landscape and competitor movements
- Business Operations
- Maintain accurate forecasting and account planning in Pipedrive CRM
- Drive strategic account planning and quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with global teams on agency partnership initiatives
- Lead agency-focused go-to-market strategy development
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Technical Skills
- Expert knowledge of agency business models and operations
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales methodologies
- Advanced negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in enterprise CRM and sales tools
- Language Requirements
- Fluent English required
- Additional languages valuable for global agency relationships
- Professional Experience
- Minimum 10 years in enterprise sales with focus on agency partnerships
- Proven network within global agency holding companies
- Track record of closing $100K+ enterprise deals
- Experience in managing global agency relationships
