As a member of our Data Visualization team, you will play a pivotal role in partnering closely with our Group, Regional, and Local Functions to understand and address their strategic needs in reporting, strategic dashboards, and Self-BI capabilities.
You will collaborate proactively with various stakeholders, including Group IT Development teams, to design effective solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate effectively with business teams to understand their analytics, BI, and KPI requirements, prioritize needs, and facilitate common solutions.
Act as a trusted domain expert, proactively proposing solutions to streamline reporting needs and leverage available corporate data sets and analytics tools.
Drive communication with stakeholders regarding new features, changes, and issues, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
Take ownership of documenting business needs, epics, user stories, test plans, and domain deliverables in sync with the Data Governance team.
Drive detailed business requirements analysis, define priorities, and validate them with stakeholders.
Participate in defining the long-term vision for BI solutions and utilization.
Support Group IT Developers in analyzing incidents and understanding business requirements.
Refine business needs backlog regularly and ensure correct prioritization.
Define and execute test plans to ensure solution quality.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of domain data, objects, and functionalities.
Proactively engage with the domain users community, gather feedback, and serve as a relay between users and development teams.
