We are looking for our GlobalReward and BenefitsProjectsDirector to support key C and B strategics topics.
The GlobalReward and BenefitsProjectsDirector will take charge of major projects of the C and B function globally and will ensure their steering and delivery of results in accordance with Sephoras strategy.
They will offer a highly qualitative partnership to the HR community and regional/country managers, as well as a high level of expertise in compensation and benefits.
The role reports to the VP Global C and B.

Support and coordinate major C and B initiatives to roll out globally
:
Monitor and drive Benefit initiatives globally in coordination with LVMH
:
Pilot and coordinate the Individual Compensation Campaign for Sephora in coordination with regions, from data collection to consolidation until final validation to ensure a robust, efficient and smooth campaign
:
Ensure Top Executives total packages data, and benchmarking in coordination with regions
:
Maintain and update our Key positions Job mapping
:
Prepare or review Senior Executives and mobility packages
:
Coordinate and pilot benchmark surveys
:
Pilot and coordinate the One Sephora Bonus plan while monitoring and ensuring coherence of other incentives / commissions plans
:
Support and follow a dedicated region on all C and B matters in coordination with local teams (General Manager, HR and C and B)

Masters degree, preferably with a C and B major, or equivalent
:
15 years of relevant C and B experience in an international environment (consulting and/or multinational companies)

Analytical skills, pragmatism, curiosity

Solid project management skills and team player

Ability to be both strategic and hands:
on to drive and deliver globalprojects
:
Effective communication, ability to interact with various including senior stakeholders
:
Fluent in English
