JLE recruits an ALL STAR TRANSPORTMANAGER to handle a fleet's logistics for a Major Sponsor for the Paris Olympics 2024.
JLE France is a staffing agency specialised in international major sports events providing premium operation staff around the world since 2015.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the workforce program for a Major Sponsor with a fleet of approx.
8 vehicles at this stage Develop event time Manuals including Transport Operations Manual, route maps and incident & accident logs for drivers and transport teams Deliver driver training, work with 2 suppliers Provide support with public transportation route design and route books for cases where road events / Opening Ceremony will affect traffic flows to key venues Airport operations coordination (if you do airport pick-ups / drop offs TBD at this point) VAPPs management City parking management Olympic Venues parking management Daily reconciliation of the extra hours of vehicles working Contingency plan development and management of the transport issues onsite You will have a transport assistant to support in day to day Profile:
Ability to handle pressure and short deadlines Must be comfortable with managing last min changes Eventtransport experience (min 4yrs with large international events) Great communication skills Organised Autonomous Ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder projects Excellent relationship-building skills FLUENT in French and English (written and spoken) Sport afficionado (a bonus) Dates:
