We are looking for our Reward Director to lead the governance, policy development, and C and B analytics to support Our Global C and B strategy.

The Global Reward Director will ensure strong and efficient governance framework, policies and guidelines and development and execution of comprehensive reward analytics strategies.

They will offer a highly qualitative partnership to the HR community and regional/country managers, as well as a high level of expertise in C and B and analytics.


The role reports to the VP Global C and B.




You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

Develop, implement, and maintain robust governance frameworks for all global compensation and benefits programs
:


Design, develop, and update global reward policies, guidelines, to support business objectives and attract/retain top talent
:


Ensure all policies are clearly communicated, easily accessible, and consistently applied across the organization
:


Partner with region stakeholders to ensure policies are legally sound and effectively implemented

:


Lead the development and execution of comprehensive reward analytics strategies, leveraging data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions
:


Partner with HRIS teams and Data and Analytics teams to optimize reward data infrastructure and reporting capabilities, including developing compelling dashboards and reports to present complex reward data and insights to senior leadership, facilitating data:

driven discussions and strategic planning
:


Collaborate closely with C and B team, HR Business Partners
:


Provide expert consultation and guidance on complex reward issues, policy interpretations, and market best practices.

Masters degree, preferably with a C and B major, or equivalent
:


At least 15 years of relevant C and B and HRIS / Data analytics experience in an international environment
:


Experience in multinational companies required
:


Solid project management skills and team player
:


Analytical skills, pragmatism, curiosity

Ability to be both strategic and hands:

on to drive and deliver global projects
:


Effective communication, ability to interact with various including senior stakeholders
:


Fluent in English
