We are looking for our Global Reward and Benefits Projects Director to support key C and B strategics topics.

The Global Reward and Benefits Projects Director will take charge of major projects of the C and B function globally and will ensure their steering and delivery of results in accordance with Sephoras strategy.

They will offer a highly qualitative partnership to the HR community and regional/country managers, as well as a high level of expertise in compensation and benefits.




The role reports to the VP Global C and B.

Drive and support major C and B initiatives to roll out globally
:


Pilot the annual Individual Compensation Campaign for Sephora worldwide in coordination with regions and with the LVMH Group.

From data collection to consolidation until final validation to ensure a robust, efficient and smooth campaign
:


Monitor and drive Benefit roadmap and initiatives globally
:


Maintain and update our Key positions Job mapping
:


Ensure Senior Executives total packages data, and benchmarking in coordination with regions
:


Prepare or review Senior Executives mobility packages
:


Orchestrate benchmark surveys
:


Pilot the One Sephora Bonus plan while monitoring and ensuring coherence of other incentives / commissions plans
:


Support a dedicated region on all C and B matters in coordination with their local teams (General Manager, HR and C and B) :

Masters degree, preferably with a C and B major, or equivalent
:


At least 15 years of relevant C and B experience in an international environment
:


Experience in both consulting and multinational companies required
:


Solid project management skills and team player
:


Analytical skills, pragmatism, curiosity
:


Ability to be both strategic and hands:

on to drive and deliver global projects
:


Effective communication, ability to interact with various including senior stakeholders
:


Fluent in English

This position is a full:

time permanent role, based in Sephora Global HQ (Neuilly sur Seine, Paris area).
