FRESENIUSKABI is recruiting for its Region Europe Office and for a Permanent Contract, a HEAD OF COMMUNICATION REGION EUROPE (M/F/D) Based in Boulogne-Billancourt at Region Europe Headquarters Fluent in English / Fluency in another language of the Region would be appreciated In this position, you will:
Contribute to the external and internal communication's strategy of FreseniusKabi and manage European communication's projects, with a focus on pharma and nutrition business priorities.
Coordinate the implementation of corporate or regional projects with European countries with local senior management or communication teams.
Drive Region Europe communication agenda in alignment with regional management priorities and FreseniusKabicommunication strategy.
Analyze weak signals, identify issues and opportunities to leverage communications as a support to business growth strategies.
Proactively develop story-angles and news hooks to generate stories for internal and external communication.
Social Media:
assess the institutional and business priorities to contribute to the social media planning at corporate, regional and country levels.
Create and coordinate the validation of press releases, media statements, talk outlines with countries and Corporate Communication.
Organize internal and external events, press conferences, production sites visits for international, national and/or regional media in coordination with corporate communications and local country teams.
Co-supervise with Corporate Communication the international media monitoring with focus in Europe and inform Region Europe management team with the relevant news.
Coordinate Region Europe contribution to the trade associations meetings, working group and taskforces.
Alignment with Region Europe and corporate Business Unit teams on priority topics and action plan at regional or local level.
Country exchange and feedback on FreseniusKabi positioning for local lobbying activities.
With excellent communication skills (oral and written), analytical and creative, you are flexible, open and a proactive team player.
You enjoy challenges in an international environment and are available to travel.
With University degree in Communication or Journalism, you will have at least 8 years of proven experience in the field of International Communications, either in multinational companies or in agencies at corporate or regional level.
Equal competences in traditional and digital tools (including social media).
Experience in the health industry would be appreciated.
