Key Responsibilities Manage a market-making book across global exchanges Utilize a model-based/quantitative approach to trade on EU, UK, and US markets Achieve consistent and steady returns through disciplined trading Provide market-making services, develop relationships, and offer pricing to brokers Report to the Head of Desk / Business Partner Requirements Who Are They Looking For? A candidate with a degree in a field with a strong mathematical background, such as mathematics, statistics, econometrics, finance, or computer sciences At least 2-4 years of experience as an equity optionstrader A proven track record with consistent returns Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience in model-based strategies to minimize risk A drive for results, competitiveness, discipline, and decisiveness, with a well-balanced and rational character LarsonMaddox Paris Accounting / Finance Expérience souhaitée
