Job Description As an BusinessAnalyst Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with our clients across various sectors.
At the core of your role, you will be responsible for understanding the operational and functional needs of both our internal and external clients, and translating them into viable technological solutions.
You will collaborate closely with business teams, developers, and stakeholders to define, design, and implement effective IT solutions.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing existing business processes, proposing improvements, and ensuring smooth communication between different teams.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements from a diverse range of clients to develop detailed functional and technical specifications - Collaborate with technical teams and client representatives to design and implement software solutions tailored to their specific needs and requirements - Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand business challenges and objectives, and provide expert guidance on potential technology solutions - Identify opportunities for business process improvement across different industries and propose innovative solutions to address client needs - Facilitate communication and collaboration between client stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and successful solution delivery - Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization - Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of IT solutions, and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle About you :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an IT BusinessAnalyst, with a proven track record of successful client engagements across diverse industries Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and technology systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, business teams, and technical stakeholders Experience working in a client-facing role, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams Solid understanding of software development methodologies and experience working in Agile environments Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required Our hiring process - Phone call and HR interview with a Talent Acquisition - Technical and managerial interview VO2 Group Paris Accounting / Finance Expérience souhaitée
