About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and consultative Senior Sales Executive ( Receivables & O2C Solutions) to join our high-performing team, focused on delivering FIS’s market-leading Order-to-Cash solutions to corporate clients across the DACH region.
You’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint, building trusted relationships, and helping clients transform their receivables operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and managing a pipeline of corporate prospects
- Leading the full sales cycle – from initial outreach to closing – for our Order-to-Cash solutions.
- Collaborating with internal teams (pre-sales, product, marketing) to craft compelling proposals and client presentations.
- Understanding client needs and aligning FIS solutions to deliver measurable value.
- Negotiating and structuring deals that meet both client expectations and FIS delivery capabilities.
- Contributing to regional sales strategy and go-to-market planning.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
What You Bring
- Proven track record in B2B solution sales, within receivables/ Order to cash solutions
- Strong understanding of financial processes, particularly in receivables, payments, or treasury.
- Strong experience selling to mid to large corporates across the DACH region
- Skilled in consultative selling, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client challenges and translate them into tailored solutions.
