Technical Support Intern (Stagiaire support technique) We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Technical Support Intern to join our Technical and Project Team Europe.

The intern will provide technical support for our customers using Sunmi Android products and associated device management solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for Sunmi Android terminals customers.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues reported by customers.

Manage and respond to Jira Service Desk tickets and customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Conduct remote support sessions to analyze and assist users with device-related issues.

Document technical issues and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Participate in testing and quality assurance of new devices and software updates.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and clear communication.

Collaborate with the Technical Teams to identify and implement improvements in support processes.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Understanding of Android operating systems and mobile device management.

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively in English.

Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with Jira Service Desk and Confluence is a plus.

Chinese is a plus.
