The Opportunity

We are delighted to be leading this exclusive search for a Vice President, General Manager France.


Reporting to the SVP Head of Europe, this role is central to shaping the company’s presence in France and ensuring patients benefit from innovative oncological therapies.


You will have full responsibility for France operations and P&L, while working closely with the European leadership team to bring strategy to life.

Vice President, General Manager France

This is a chance to:

• Lead the expansion in France and guide pre-launch and commercialization plans.


• Build and inspire a high-performing team, aligned with global objectives.


• Partner with key stakeholders — government, regulators, payers, and medical leaders — to secure access and reimbursement.


• Represent the company in French healthcare forums and industry associations, advocating for patient-centered policies.


• Drive product launches, market access strategies, and early access programs.


• Ensure compliance and operational excellence across all French activities.

What You Bring

• Advanced degree in life sciences, business, or related field.


• Proven leadership experience in the French biopharma industry, with P&L responsibility.


• Strong knowledge of the French market, regulatory environment, and oncology (NSCLC, pancreatic, colorectal cancers; biomarkers/companion diagnostics).


• Experience shaping regional strategy, influencing policy, and building cross-functional teams.


• Fluency in French and English; other European languages are a plus.


• A collaborative, authentic leadership style with excellent communication skills.


• Energy and drive to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Preferred

• Experience launching oncology products in France.


• Project management expertise/certification.


• Strong partnership experience with Development functions.
