You are the first point of contact for our technical support, our customers and distributors.
With your analytical mindset and conceptual strength, you will contribute to the successful use and further development of our solutions.
Your tasks are You will independently assume responsibility for support in the entire system environment at our customers' premises, where you will impress with your goal - and customer-oriented project management Thanks to your analytical skills, you carry out error analysis at hardware, firmware and software level If required, you will support our sales department with your technical expertise at customer meetings You will also be responsible for preparing and conducting internal and external product training and presentations, including in English You ensure a professional release of our software through quality assurance, tests and approvals In your role, you will be responsible for the evaluation, documentation and creation of manuals, technical information and many other exciting GLORY documents.
You bring with you Completed training in an IT environment, e.g.
as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a degree in this or a related field.
Ideally, you already have a background in a field with a focus on system integration.
