Within the Client Marketing team, the position is part of the Campaign Management team which is responsible for supporting countries in the definition, implementation, and analysis of their CRM plan with 3 objectives:

The CRM Campaign Manager is responsible for the implementation and analysis of direct marketing campaigns on a group of countries and works to maximize the relevance and performance of the animation plan.

Support of a group of countries within EME region with the definition of its CRM Plan, campaign implementation (targeting and routing) in Adobe Campaign, performance analysis and recommendations.

Management of 2 CRM campaign specialist

Improve our CRM performance (KPIs analysis, Best practices identification and sharing, recommendations)

Setup the animation plan for a group of countries

Oversee the setup of multi:

channel campaign (email/SMS/push/print) on Adobe campaign V7:

workflow creation, targeting, routing and follow:

Realize reports on CRM campaign (conversion, additional turnover and profitability), propose recommendation to improve performance of the animation plan and present them to countries

Be test and result oriented and spread it within the team and countries.

Support CRM campaign specialist in their day to day activities:

setting up of campaign and performance analysis.

Optimize our CRM performances

Analyze KPIs indicators and identify optimization.

Identify best practices within Sephora or within competition and share it to countries.

Propose accurate recommendations to improve CRM activities (contactability, marketing pressure, omnichannel ratio,..

Participate to projects that aim to improve Adobe Campaign V7 value proposition

Work hand in hand with the Data team on all projects related to reporting

Work closely with a data analyst and help her to priorize her tasks/backlog of analysis.

Centralize all evolutions and TMA needs regarding our data measuring tools and share it to stakeholders.

Leverage skills of the team and countries regarding the reporting under your ownership.

Be the point of contact for the team on this particular topic.

You have a degree in Marketing, Computer Science or Statistics:

You have at least 5 years of experience in campaign management, on a large database, ideally in the retail sector

You are familiar with Adobe Campaign, ideally with the targeting and routing aspects

You are passionate about customer experience and personnalization

You have particularly good analytical skills and you are business and result oriente
