For this purpose, we would like to strengthen our team in the area of UKM IT in the long term and are looking for the areas of clinical subsystems and interfaces / laboratory systems at the earliest possible date for a IT - Medical IT Specialist (m/f/d) If you enjoy the following tasks Administrative and system support of the laboratory system solutions as well as user support and training within the central institute and other laboratories Support and maintenance of the communication link to LIMS and other databases (e.g.
Hybase, Genius) Monitoring and optimization of processes for sample processing / data transfers from the measuring devices to LIMS Interfaces, in particular transmission of findings and billing to HIS and external systems Coordination of (sub-)projects in the area of laboratory systems Preparation of statistics and evaluations Participation in on-call duty and you bring the following with you Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable course of study Several years of professional IT experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility desirable Sound knowledge and experience in the field of Windows and Unix operating systems, system-related software applications and in the programming languages C/C++, Java, Perl and scripting languages Sound knowledge of the administration of medical subsystems and virtualization techniques Knowledge of the laboratory solution from Medat (David) and the HIS from CGM (Medico) Ability to solve problems in a clearly structured, organized and independent manner Initiative, commitment, cooperation and strong communication skills Medical knowledge is an advantage then we definitely want to get to know you What you can expect from us:
