We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic:
minded individual to join our team as a Business Analyst for the RGM (Revenue Growth Management) team at Sephora Europe.
In this role, you will support the team in shaping and improving Make:
up brand space allocation across European countries, ensuring we have the right brand in the right store for the right customer.

Strategy Development:
Contribute to defining the Make:
up brand space allocation strategy for European countries, taking into account Sephora's strategy and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross:
functional teams, including merchandising and brand partnership / negotiations teams.

Optimization of brand allocations:
Conduct analyses to optimize brand allocation by store cluster and/or customer cluster.
Use data:
driven insights to determine the most effective mix for each store location and customer segment.
Identify opportunities for brand expansions or rationalization based on performance analysis.

Strong collaboration with local teams in the countries:
Partner with country teams to understand existing processes, engage them in the space allocation strategy and help them embark in the optimization journey.

Strong collaboration with Category Managers:
Work closely with Catmans to optimize and align on the brands' exposure and expression in the stores.

Tool Development Collaboration:
Work with the Merchandising PMO to oversee the development of tools to optimize processes.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track and analyze performance metrics.
Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Degree in Engineering or Business Economics (entry:
level position)

Recent graduate or first experience (internship/apprenticeship) as a Business Analyst (or in a similar analytical role); experience in retail / mass:
market distribution would be a plus.

Strong analytical skills and a structured, problem:
solving mindset.

Proficiency in Excel

Comfort working with data and building clear outputs (dashboards, reports, presentations).

Strong communication skills and the ability to explain insights to different stakeholders.
