Job Overview:

As the Payroll Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have significant payroll experience in the Europe region, with a strong background in creating payslips and utilizing appropriate payroll software.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:

Lead and manage end-to-end payroll processes for employees within the Europe region.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, including but not limited to salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.

Compliance:

Stay abreast of relevant payroll laws and regulations in the Europe region, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address and resolve any compliance-related issues.

Payslip Creation:

Develop and implement efficient processes for creating accurate and detailed payslips.

Verify and review payslips to guarantee precision in financial data representation.

Software Utilization:

Utilize appropriate payroll software to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Stay updated on the latest features and functionalities of payroll software to optimize its use.

Reporting:

Generate and analyze payroll reports to provide insights into financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant data for reporting purposes.

Problem Resolution:

Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues promptly.

Provide support and guidance to team members on payroll-related matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on the Europe region.

Proven experience in creating payslips and utilizing payroll software effectively.

In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in the Europe region.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
