Main purpose:
Act as owner, strategist and project manager for the axa-im.com and the corporate socialmedia channels, which are the windows into AXA IM, and lead on achieving a best-in-class digital comms experience for AXA IM, by initiating, building, managing and monitoring our channels, thereby supporting AXA IM's ambition, strategy, development and reputation.
Main missions:
Owned channels management :
Improve the digital communications strategy and experience through ensuring AXA IM's business roadmap is effectively articulated across all relevant channels, liaising with corporate comms, business unit and other stakeholders.
This will include (with the support of an apprentice for operational tasks, and consultancy agency for socialmedia):
Create integrated and cost-effective digital corporate campaigns:
Web :
Web page consulting and creation, curation of content on owned channels, including the Insights / thought leadership sections of the corporate site, playing a key role in curating the content and ensuring that we feature the most important pieces of content at any given time, and taking into account best practices, SEO optimisations, accessibility needs, UX/UI, platform evolutions.
Manage strategy and implementation of PPC.
Socialmedia :
Build organic content and paid bespoke content on corporate channels such as LinkedIn and Meta, working with relevant teams across the business to build content pipelines, including social content consulting and creation for other teams as needed, manage the editorial calendar for the whole of AXA IM, oversee all socialmedia content through the socialmedia publication platform (Khoros), and working with the team to promote via internal socialmedia ambassadors (Senior leader programme).and paid social activity.
Manage strategy and implementation of paid social (budget £200k pa).
Monitor and report, with appropriate tools, on web & social channels with the aim of continuous digital ecosystem improvement, including sharing recommendations with others.
Stay up with the digital curve by regularly researching for new digital tools and interactive trends.
Additional project management :
Lead and manage initiatives, projects and campaigns with the wider team but from a web and socialmedia perspective with a 360 ° digital view in order to:
Contribute pro-actively to the wider Corporate Communications team's strategic objectives / initiatives / guidelines /action plans by bringing digital communications activity to life in a relevant, timely and successful way.
Liaising with relevant partner agencies to brief them and discuss, challenge, and implement recommendations.
Think & act global and One AXA IM:
interacting with Business Units, global functions and all countries.
Team management :
Management of apprentice.
Votre Profil Education/Qualifications Digital (socialmedia, social intelligence, web marketing, SEO, analytics, accessibility, UX, web design, editorial etc.) Communication / Marketing Project management Experience 5 years' experience Knowledge and Skills Digital / Marketing / Comm project management Asset management and financial interest Ability to lead on project Ability to manage a set of tasks and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Thorough understanding of digital touchpoints.
