Your Role:
Maintain and Improve QualitySystems:
Define and update standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Set Quality KPIs and Control Strategies:
Establish measurable quality objectives and oversee compliance.
Drive Continuous Improvement:
Lead quality enhancement initiatives alongside the Process Manager.
Audit and Certification Compliance:
Support internal and external audits, ensuring ISO and IATF 16949 compliance.
Train and Educate Teams:
Provide quality training resources to enhance best practices across engineering teams.
What You Bring:
6+ years of experience in quality management within semiconductors, electronics, R and D, or engineering.
Certified or familiar with VDA6.3, IATF 16949, and ISO standards.
Strong knowledge of quality frameworks and techniques (LEAN, Kaizen, 8D).
Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders and drive quality compliance.
Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics, Applied Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Materials Science.
Fluent in both French and English.
Strong data analysis, problem:
solving, and synthesis skills.
