Would you like to ensure the best possible global solutions for our customers and CEVA employees ? If so, we have a role as AI and DataScienceSeniorManager within the Global IT Data and Digital Organization at CEVALogistics.
You will contribute in the set up and implementation of AI and DataScience solutions to CEVA, implementation and built up of the internal operational teams, using both existing tools in CEVA and new, modern tools available in Cloud, using our newly developed CevaData Platform.
As the AI and DataScienceManager you will join the Global IT Data and Digital organization at CEVALogistics within the Global CIO organization and will report to the Global IT Data & Digital BI & Analytics Head.
This role is open in France, Spain or Poland.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? You will be implementing, delivering and managing from an IT perspective, necessary tools, technologies, and methodologies to support Data Driven Organization.
You will be sharing knowledge and implementing the best practices in CEVA organization ensuring that business can benefit from it You will be managing the resources and experts in your team to ensure that IT AI and DataScience can support rapidly increasing needs from the business, both internally and externally You will be building and educating your team to provide necessary level of support for other departments and ensuring best usage of existing data.
You will drive the growth of AI and DataScience in CEVA together with other colleagues from multiple areas, working together and utilizing available tools.
You will be planning and designing solutions for the future which are aligned to the CEVA long term strategy and ambition to be really Data Driven company.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You have minimum 10 years of professional experience with proven results in project management, technical-functional and managerial aspects.
You have technical-functional experience, skills and knowledge of AI tools, applications, Cloud Solutions (preferably AWS and Snowflake) and capability to understand modern data architecture models.
Having experience with DataIKU is a nice to have You have extensive experience in management and coordination of activities (tools, processes, best practices, risks management).
You have strong experience and understanding of modern data technologies, data-oriented architecture and advanced analytics.
You have a strategic vision and operational execution capabilities.
You have very good communication and coordination skills.
You are resistant to stress, have analytical thinking, and you are delivery and service oriented.
You have diplomacy, sense of dialogue and persuasion to move issues forward.
You are fluent English and proven practice.
