We are partnering with a mid?size CRO focused on Rare Disease, Cell Therapy, and Oncology (phases I?III) to fill a SeniorClinicalProjectManager position.
The role offers an opportunity to lead a team, influence project success, and position yourself for future Project Director roles within the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead a cross?functional project team and drive project success.
Manage project budgets and financials.
Coordinate with clients, sponsors, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Execute global clinical studies across multiple therapeutic areas and phases.
Monitor study timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the study lifecycle.
Support career progression toward Project Director responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong budget management skills.
Client and vendor management experience.
Global study experience, preferably in rare disease, cell therapy, or oncology.
Experience working with smaller CROs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal soft skills.

€75,000 – €85,000 plus benefits (depending on experience)
