IT ProjectManager/PMO for Finance IT program to support the ProgramManager in a context of Finance transformation.
SAP S/4HANA is being implemented and rolled out in all the Group countries Currently the Group is using various Finance ERP with different business processes, the objective is to build one Group solution creating a core model for 16 territories and more than 80 legal entities closely work with the ProgramManager to support on the Program Management, and will be expected to :
For the ProjectManager role (interfaces):
· Coordinate all stakeholders, especially in Product and Tech organization (Tribes & Squads, Data team,) to deliver the integration and additional transformation elements, adapting to our agile framework.
· Keep the right 360 view of plans, changes, events and progress · Share updates during project committee with Business team & Product Lead For the PMO role (overall Program):
â? Gather status, plan, impediments and pain points, decisions expected/made from the different project streams and managers (interfaces, integrator developments, internal development, data migration, testing..

), challenge rationals with teams.
â? Maintain the different trackers (smartsheet planning and more detailed google documents tracking status, issues, decisions..
.
) â? Prepare & communicate meeting minutes â? Track the tasks completion & status (including in Confluence and Jira) and send reminders/chase people, raise escalations when necessary.
â? Collect information for budget follow up â? Report any relevant information to Senior program Management â? Communicate with the project teams on project information and progress (short term deadline, reminder, expectations) Compétences /Skills â? English fluency is mandatory, French or Spanish language would be ideal â? Proven experience as ProjectManager and PMO in Financeprojects / SAP implementation in an international context â? Overall strong experience in IT, having worked not only in â??traditionalâ? IT with various â??legacyâ? systems but also knowledgeable of Data Warehouse and Data sciences, Cloud, AI Has worked with a variety of systems spanning new digital technologies.
â? Experience managing people and being an operational leader â? Demonstrated results in delivering projects and getting things done.
Used to operating in different geographies and leading international teams supporting a decentralized, growing/evolving business.
â? Good knowledge of Product and Project methodologies, notably Agilescale â? Knowledge of following tools/applications :
