We are seeking an experienced SupplierQualityAssurance professiona l to join our Global Supply Management team in this crucial role overseeing supplierquality across our worldwide operations.
The role will contribute to providing high-quality service and food experience by setting high standards for suppliers by ensuring adherence to these standards and fostering a culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental awareness.

Main missoins will be :
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive globalsupplierqualityassurance program aligned with Sodexo's quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Create and update SupplierQuality Standards and Product Specifications in collaboration with Global Category Managers, Health & Safety Environment (HSE) Team, Services Innovation Team, and local Supply QualityAssurance Teams.
Perform risk assessments across diverse categories including food, packaging, equipment, chemicals and more to ensure compliance.
Identify and deploy management actions to mitigate risks including emerging risks.
Analyze quality data to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Drive and support the Global Category managers throughout the entire procurement and product life cycle and for the duration of the relationship with that particular supplier.
For instance, qualify new suppliers, conduct on-site audits and drive quality initiatives within the supply base.
Manage relationships with service providers (auditors, laboratories, etc.) Liaise with R&D, Operations and other cross-functional partners to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant food safety regulations, quality standards and industry best practices across global markets.
Carry out Regulatory and Scientific monitoring.
Develop and deliver qualityassurance training programs for internal teams and supplier partners worldwide.
Manage a network of qualityassurance professionals distributed globally.
Provide technical expertise and guidance in case of non-conformities and crisis situations.
â?? Your skill and competencies :
Bachelor's degree in food science, Engineering, Quality Management or related technical field 10 years of progressive experience in qualityassurance, food/product safety or auditing, preferably in a global manufacturing or food service/retail environment Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, GFSI standards and food/product safety regulations across major markets Autonomous, organized, source of proposals, proactive and result driven oriented Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with teams across cultures Proficiency in data analysis, MS Office and quality management software Fluency in English and French Location of the position :
