As an Account Manager (AM), you will oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process for clients, collaborating closely with BD, Sales, and internal teams to ensure seamless post-contract execution—from order requests and payment follow-up to delivery coordination.


Your primary KPI will be driving client order profitability while fostering long-term relationships to maximize repeat business and revenue growth.



Key Responsibilities

1.


Order Management


  • Review and process client orders, coordinating with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to schedule deliveries.

  • Monitor payment status and initiate fulfillment upon confirmation of receipt.

  • Resolve order-related exceptions (e.g.,
    delayed payments, logistics issues) to ensure client satisfaction.

Cross-functional Collaboration


  • Partner with BD and Sales teams to streamline the client journey from contract signing to delivery.

  • Align with internal stakeholders to meet client-specific delivery requirements.

Client Relationship Management


  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess product performance, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and gather feedback.

  • Advocate for client-driven improvements in products and processes.

Performance & Risk Control


  • Achieve monthly/quarterly order profitability targets and mitigate payment risks.

  • Analyze client order data to develop strategies for increasing account value.



Qualifications


  1. Language:


    Fluent in English and French (written/spoken).


    Chinese proficiency is a plus.


    Additional languages (German/Italian) are advantageous.

  2. Education:


    Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related fields.

  3. Experience:


    3+ years in B2B account management, preferably in SaaS, hardware, or the beauty industry (skincare brands, medical aesthetics, salons/spas).

  4. Skills:



  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.

  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical agility.

  • Results-oriented with resilience in fast-paced environments.

  • Detail-focused with risk management acumen.



Preferred Qualifications


  • Industry expertise in beauty client operations or established sector networks.

  • Experience delivering combined hardware/software solutions.
