Job Purpose

Ensure and/or develop the turnover of the area according to the sales objectives defined by management


Job Duties and Responsibilities

Analyse customer expectations/needs within the area, propose appropriate technical solutions, prepare costings and commercial proposals.

- Manage the processing of quotations and orders.

- Build customer loyalty and identify new customers and prospects.

- Ensure and develop a strong field presence.

- Carry out competitive intelligence (prices, technology, services..

) and report relevant information.

- Perform administrative tasks related to sales activities (updating customer/prospect data, scheduling appointments, drafting reports..

- Carry out after:

sales service actions in the field, either alone or with an authorized person.

Skills and Competencies

Knowledges :


o Significant experience in a comparable or similar position
o Knowledge of sales techniques, sales administration or customer relationship management
o Technical knowledge in hydraulics (mechanical knowledge is a plus)
o Knowledge of ERP software and MS Office Suite
o Valid category B driving license and commitment to report any loss/suspension
o Professional English is a pro
