You will support and design our IT landscape in terms of hardware, standard software and our network, with a focus on infrastructure, services on-premise and in the cloud.
You will also be responsible for ensuring IT security in terms of data, operational and failure safety and for high-performance and stable system operation.
You will create analyses and take over monitoring.
You will also contribute your expertise to the procurement of services and products.
You are responsible for the provision and administration of the IT systems OS and MS software.
In your role, you will also resolve errors and faults in 2nd and 3rd level support.
YOUR PROFILE:
Degree:
Degree in computer science or similar course of study or completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or in another IT-related apprenticeship.
Professional experience:
Several years of relevant professional experience.
Specialist knowledge:
Ideally knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
MS Windows Active Directory DNS, DHCP, DFS, GPO Microsoft Remote Desktop Services MS Exchange Server Virtualization VMware vCenter/vSphere Proxy server knowledge, hardware, blade center and SAN knowledge Network and monitoring knowledge Personal:
High level of technical understanding, discretion, pronounced service orientation, structured, analytical and solution-oriented thinking, team-oriented way of working and fluency in German.
