He/She can manage an improvement in this process to obtain a stable and nominal production.The Main Missions will be:
Define with R&D a process to apply in our equipment with the capacities of them to answer at our customer requestsAnalyze the results of the process to propose improvements to obtain specifications or to be more stable in our parametersIn case of deviation, to be able to define the root cause and to propose actions plan.At the end, propose a standardization of the task and process, to be more robust in serial productionKnow HowProcess specialist:
technical knowledge related to welding, cutting and automated mechanical assembly.Expert to define a root cause, to engage analysis, to improve it and to standardize.Experience5 to 10 years of experience processengineering.Experience in process qualification:
Calibration, R&R, Cpk..

QualificationsMaster of Sciences in mechanical or industrial engineering or other related fields.Fluent in French and English.
