Job Description You join the New Products New Activities (NPNA) team as NPNA Officer and will be tasked with initiating the new activities of the CIB and ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic plan.
In constant collaboration with the CIB Front Office and all support functions, you are in charge of instructing and validating new products and new Global Market, Global Trade and Financing activities.
Your daily tasks are to:
Manage and coordinate the training process; Analyze the projects presented by the CIB business lines; Prepare and present the files to the NPNA committee chaired by the second effective leader of Natixis; Monitor the post validation files.
As an NPNA officer you act independently to drive and execute the instruction of new product authorization requests and reviews worldwide.
