The micro-fabrication division is responsible for producing unique, high–value-added optical components, which serve as key elements in Cailabs’ technologies.

Within this environment, you will play a key role in the development, evolution, industrialization, and support of these processes and facilities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Becoming an expert in manufacturing and metrology tools and know-how;
- Applying this expertise within the design office to optimize processes and ensure the proper fabrication of optical components;
- Leading and contributing to the development of innovative manufacturing processes;
- Providing support for complex manufacturing issues;
- Participating in the transfer of processes from R&D to operations.
