Your next challenge As our next Website Digital Communication Manager your will be responsible for:

1) Contribute to delivering the overall company strategy and mission of Brand and Communications:

Contribute to the definition, optimization, and delivery of the corporate digital strategy; Ensure delivery remains focused on business outcomes; Build emotional connections with all our stakeholders, particularly with internal clients and countries; As a member of the communications team, provide input to the appropriate strategies and global frameworks, guidelines and processes; Community management of Corporate social networks, in particular LinkedIn, X, IG; Ensure Communication initiatives within the designated area of responsibility remain focused on delivering against business objectives, protecting and enhancing the brand, and contributing to employee engagement; Creation of innovative and impact campaigns (especially in coordination with agencies); Content planning, creation of visuals and videos for the various Corporate communication channels; Creation of activity reports, analysis of the actions carried out, provision of recommendations and recommendation of campaigns, according to the monitoring of trends, to improve visibility and referencing; Monitoring of â??Amplifyâ?, the current tool for social media content advocacy at Pluxee 2) Ensure consistent and efficient management of this specialist area Leverage plans and initiatives across the Communications community to maximize efficient delivery and avoid reinvention; Champion the appropriate use and implementation of digital guidelines, keeping things accurate, consistent and on-message; Identify and manage external agencies and suppliers.

3) Website Management:

Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the Pluxee global website(s) to ensure a seamless user experience.

Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content creators to implement updates, improvements, and new features.

Monitor website performance, analyze traffic metrics, and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Ensure website content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines and messaging.

4) Benchmarking Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities 5) Innovation Continue to raise the bar generally in all areas bringing in innovation and ensuring consistent forward thinking.

6) Budget Management Ensure rigorous budget management for your scope of responsibility in line with good governance, company policy and best-practices in order to ensure the best possible use of resources; You're a match Experienced professional with minimum 5 years of experience as Website Digital Communication Leader or Manager, with a proven focus on business outcomes At least 5 years of experience managing the development, maintenance, metrics, content alignment, etc., of the company website Proven track record of using digital properties to grow the business and positively impact stakeholder engagement Experience creating social media campaigns, corporate branding Experienced in change management and communications Multicultural awareness, able to lead transversal projects involving international teams, international experience Efficient management of consumer insights, market competitors, external agencies and suppliers Strong experience in KPI´s:

activity reports, data driven analysis on the actions carried out, recommendation for campaigns, monitoring of trends, visibility improvement and referencing; Experienced in working in matrix organizations Strong project management skills Bilingual in English and French Location Issy-les-Moulineaux (FR) Hybrid model working â??️ Happy at work · A meaningful job:
