As a EuropeMarketingGroupManager, you will be responsible for establishing marketing plans for Sephora:
led key activations moments that drive sales and grow clients for brands and your category.
Reporting to the EuropeMarketing Category Director, you will partner with brand marketing and internal stakeholders to optimize programs using Sephora's marketing levers.
She/He is responsible to execute the strategy ensuring that the team develops impactful brands and product launch campaigns in collaboration with other teams leveraging relevant marketing levers elevating Sephora as a brand and a retailer.

Lead as main marketing contact for Sephora activations (framing, definition, iteration, deployment, analysis) across Key Commercial Period, Brand Alliance Campaigns, Single Brand Campaigns or Always on.

Collaborate with Merchandising GroupManager as a complimentary partner to develop brand strategies that ladder into the overarching axis strategy

Develop a keen understanding of the brands' priorities and products to better orchestrate Global Marketing, Marketing Experts and Markets inputs and develop suitable actions in relationship with Brands Marketing teams
Key projects management

Lead some key marketing projects related to the category strategy (first at, A+ launches, disruptive Sephora led events, new destination etc..
)

Act as the marketing orchestrator and embark the different stakeholders of the project (internal and external)

Build the plan, execute and conduct the analysis to measure the impact and ROI of the project.
