We are currently looking for an InternationalMobilityManager (M/F) on a permanent contract.
In a context of international development of VINCIConcessions' activities, the Global Human Resources Department is expanding its Compensation & Benefits division covering both C&B and InternationalMobility, on an international footprint (24 countries).
Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Manager, you contribute to the global success of the organization developing the InternationalMobility offer of VINCIConcessions; You place your strong expertise on Global Mobility issues and challenges at the service of our business partners & employees.
Your main responsibilities :
Implement the InternationalMobility policy of VINCIConcessions, Benchmark best practices and be proactive to enhance continuously our policy & processes, Manage our expat population, Design expat scheme, calculate packages & monitor compensation elements, Define cost projections, Act as a subject matter expert on InternationalMobility issues; Advise managers, employees & HR team, Draft employment contract addendums, Implement expat moves, Manage administrative, fiscal & social measures, Conduct calls for tenders, Monitor InternationalMobility KPIs, Liaise with payroll teams, Participate in cross-functional working groups within VINCIConcessions and more broadly within VINCI Group.
The profile we are looking for :
You have a master's degree in relevant fields, You have at least five to eight years of experience in the fields of InternationalMobility, You are recognized for your rigor, your analytical skills, your diplomacy, your customer orientation and your resistance to stress, You have a taste for numbers and enjoy learning and developing new skills, You have experience working in complex multinational organizations, You know how to guide your stakeholders, You are proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel, You have a perfect English; fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
