Missions Product Vision & Strategy:
Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company's goals and client needs.
Roadmap Development:
Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, ensuring it is aligned with stakeholder expectations and business objectives.
Backlog Management:
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the development team is focused on delivering the highest value features.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and ensure their needs are met throughout the product lifecycle.
Data Analysis & Insights:
Utilize data to drive decision-making, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance product performance.
Quality Assurance:
Oversee the product testing phase to ensure that deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
Profile Desired Educational Background:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a ProductOwner, preferably in the data or technology sectors.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of data analytics, data management, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Dataiku).
Certifications:
Certified Scrum ProductOwner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification is highly desirable.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and manage complex projects.
