ABOUT YOUR FUTURE ROLE  

As part of  our   international  growth ,  we   are  seeking   a   BtoB   Sales  Manager   to  play   a pivotal  role   in FDJ  UNITED’s   expansion by  identifying   and  securing   new business  opportunities ,  leading   B2B tenders, and  managing   strategic   partnerships to  ensure   profitable and  sustainable   market   development   across   regulated   markets .

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO  

1) Sales  Strategy   &  Market   Development  


  • Define   and  implement   FDJ’s   international sales  strategy .

     


  • Align   commercial efforts  with   FDJ’s   roadmap and  strategic   priorities .

     


  • Monitor  market   trends and  competitor   activities   to  identify   opportunities .

     

2)  Prospecting   & Relationship Building  


  • Identify   and  qualify   new international prospects.

     


  • Build   and  maintain   strong   relationships   with   potential   clients.

     


  • Animate   relationships   with   regulators   and local  partners   for  our   products .

     


  • Represent   FDJ in  external   forums,  conferences , and  strategic   meetings.

     

3) B2B Tender Management  


  • Lead and  coordinate   tender  processes   for new clients.

     


  • Prepare   and  submit   competitive   offers   aligned   with   FDJ’s   objectives.

     


  • Collaborate   with   internal   teams   (Legal, Finance, Product) to  ensure   compliance and  quality .

     

4) Commercial  Development   &  Negotiation  


  • Create   and  manage   B2B/B2B2C commercial channels.

     


  • Negotiate   contracts   and partnership  agreements .

     


  • Ensure   alignment   between   client  needs   and  FDJ’s   product /service  offerings .

     


  • Propose business concepts  derived   from   customer   meeting   insights to  generate   additional   revenue and  enhance   profitability   in the B2B segment.

     

5)  Profitability   & Performance Monitoring  


  • Ensure   profitability   and  scalability   of expansion efforts.

     


  • Track  KPIs:


      tenders  participated ,  success   rate, revenue  from   new  markets , new  contracts   signed .

     


  • Provide   regular   reporting   to management on business performance.

     

6)  Internal   Coordination & Strategic Support  


  • Work  cross functionally   with   Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product  teams .

     


  • Support  strategic   planning  with   market   intelligence and feedback.

     


  • Maintain   CRM  hygiene   and documentation  related   to prospects and  opportunities .

     

7) Compliance & Risk Management  


  • Ensure   compliance  with   regulatory   frameworks   in  target   markets .

     


  • Anticipate   risks   and propose mitigation  strategies .

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, WE THINK YOU SHOULD HAVE…  


- A   degree   in Business/Engineering/International Relations (or  equivalent ),  10 + ye ars ’   experience   in  international B2B sales,  tendering   or partnerships, in   the  Lot t ery  Industry .   


- Proven   success   in  end to end   bid   management,  complex   contract   negotiation , and solution  selling   across   multiple stakeholders.   


- Strong   relationship   building  skills   with   regulators , public  authorities , and  C level   counterparts ;   excellent verbal and  written   communication in English (French and/or  another   European   language   is   a plus).   


- Data driven   mindset ;   ability   to  build   business cases,  track   KPIs, and  steer   profitability   at  scale .   


- Resilience ,  curiosity , and a passion for  winning   in  competitive   environments .
