We are looking for a passionate Channel Financial Business Partner to join our French Finance Team, located in Paris, France Responsibilities:
· Responsible for channel E2E financial process management at the country level, including channel transaction management, budget, ledger keeping, settlement, reconciliation, accounting treatment, etc., and channel KA performance P&L model build up and analysis.
· Deeply understand and get involved in channel business flow, including having independent understanding and opinion on channel business; summarizing current channel business scenarios at the country level and standardizing the scenario according to HQ's requirements.
· Adaptation of HQ channel finance related process in country-level based on the current business scenario, discover the risk point in the country process, and design the improvement plan.
· HQ systematization landing plan execution at the country level.
Requirements:
· University degree (or above) in Finance, Accounting or similar majors; · 3 years of working experience is preferable, experience in retail, electronic FMCG industry, or experience in FP&A area is a strong plus; · Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially MS Excel; · Have sensibility in numbers, and have excellent issue finding and solving skills; · Precise, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, target-oriented, solid analytic capability and summarizing skill; · Fluent in English and Chinese, French speaking is preferred Benefits:
