Missions / conditions d'exerciceVous serez notamment en charge de :

Suivre des chantiers de voirie et réseaux divers,Emettre des propositions d'aménagement et/ou des solutions techniques,Instruire les arrêtés municipaux de voirie en lien avec les chantiers,Gérer les autorisations d'installation de chantiers liées aux opérations de constructions privées et les demandes d'installation de grue,Etre garant du respect des règles techniques et des réglementations en vigueur,Participer à l'élaboration des calendriers, pièces techniques et administratives de marchés publics,Suivre les réclamations et faire face sur le terrain aux problématiques techniques,Participer à la stratégie de communication des chantiers,Gérer et suivre l'exécution du budget sous le contrôle du supérieur hiérarchique.

Profils recherchés Diplôme lié au secteur, Permis B obligatoire,Organisation et adaptation,Qualités rédactionnelles et maitrise de l'outil informatique (pack Microsoft + AUTOCAD apprécié)Qualités relationnelles,Esprit d'équipe,Sens du service public.

Poste à pourvoir par voie statutaire (mutation, détachement ou intégration directe) ou par voie contractuelle.
