Full-Time Introduction:
As a BusinessAnalyst/TechnicalConsultant at Agatha, Inc, you will play a pivotal role in delivering our solutions to clients globally.
You will engage with customers to understand their business needs, configure our applications to meet these needs, and ensure a smooth implementation.
Responsibilities:
Deliver product functional demonstrations to prospective clients.
Support the sales team with functional questions and RFP responses, as needed.
Transition new clients from sales to implementation.
Assume responsibility for overall project delivery and customer satisfaction on smaller projects.
Lead client workshops to define and collect application requirements.
Guide clients on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation.
Conduct Administrator and End-user training sessions after implementation.
Identify and diagnose client issues, which may involve troubleshooting technical problems and escalations to the product team as necessary.
Respond to client inquiries received through email and support portal during client business hours.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
2 years of experience in application consulting, system implementation, or IT project delivery.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with requirement configuration.
Self-starter, ability to learn hands-on with minimal training.
Ability to manage workflow assigned and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Oral and verbal proficiency in English and French.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of quality, regulatory and clinical processes in the life-science industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory (FDA/EMA) requirements (CFR 21 Part 11, EU Annex 11, GxP, etc.).
Experience with the configuration of Document Management Systems such as Veeva Vault, Ennov, SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum, or submission publishing systems, etc.
Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, SQL.
