Highly Competitive This is a unique opportunity for a corporate FrenchspeakingSeniorExecutiveAssistant to provide top-level senior EA support to the President of an international corporation based in South of France.
Joining a small team of ExecutiveAssistants all dedicated to providing seamless EA support to the CEO, the ideal EA will be confident, discreet and loyal, with the ability to prioritise and deal with a wide array of duties.
You will already have worked at the highest senior director or board level before, typically in a Top Firm of the CAC 40 or for a Minister.
The bilingual ExecutiveAssistant will be involved in booking complex travel arrangements, busy diary management, arranging meetings, fine-tuning presentations and ensuring the overall smooth running of this busy office.
The company culture is hard-working and professional, and they would like an experienced ExecutiveAssistant who is flexible, willing to take on responsibilities to manage 2 other EAs and who will fit in and enjoy this busy and demanding environment.
