VeblenInternational are exclusively partnering with a premium beauty distributor to recruit an exceptional and ambitious FieldTrainingManager for the French market.
We are looking for a highly-motivated and talented individual, with a clear passion and proven track-record for developing retail teams through the delivery of world class training and education.
You will be responsible for delivering memorable training, events and service experiences by developing retail teams across various locations including Sephora.

If you have a keen interest in education & retail development, with an outgoing and personable nature then you could be the perfect fit KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver highly engaging, inspirational and informative training sessions across multiple brands.
Train and motivate store staff to sell products effectively and ensure accurate brand representation.
Conduct store visits to provide training, coaching and feedback.
Foster strong relationships with store staff and management.
Track and measure training and sales metrics and analyse to drive growth.
Attend and host events and masterclasses.
Create scroll stopping education social media content.
Travel within designated area as required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS An expert in the industry with a background working with high growth Beauty brands.
A demonstrated talent in Education, with a track-record for driving brand growth and sales through training & retail development.
Experience and familiarity with understanding the Sephora business, to unlock new opportunities, grow brand presence and engagement.
Engaging & self-motivated approach.
Passion for sales and surpassing goals.
Availability to spend most of the time in-store.
Strong communication skills and confident presentation.
Fluent in French & English speaking.
