Tour & LeisureManager(VIPHospitalityProgram) Paris2024 JLE recruits a Tour & LeisureManager to coordinate and manage the leisure activities for the VIP Guests of one of the official Sponsors throughout their stay for the Paris Olympics 2024.
JLE France is a staffing agency specialised in international major sports events providing premium operation staff around the world since 2015.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the leisureprograms already confirmed for the guests and act as the main point of contact for all leisure activities.
Coordinate and manage reservations and ticketing processes for all activities.
Ensure efficient handling of bookings, payments and guest inquiries.
If required, assess the quality and suitability of leisure activities by conducting tests and trials.
Address any concerns related to leisureprograms promptly and professionally.
Generate reports on the performance of leisureprograms, including attendance, guest satisfaction level, revenue generated, and any issues encountered.
Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance future programs.
Profile:
Minimum 2 years experience organising tours and/or booking services (preferably in Paris) Highly dynamic and positive attitude Organised Great customer management skills Strong communication skills Professional level of French and English Sport aficionado (a bonus) Dates:
From 17th June to 31st July 5 days per week until 11th July, then 6 days per week until 29th July, then 5 days per week Location:
