What you'll build
In this role, you'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers across France and Benelux, driving a customer:
first mindset and a client engagement model that empowers customers to succeed-not just stay.
Your leadership will ensure strong adoption and consumption of BTM solutions, while meeting retention and renewal targets.
You'll be responsible for:
Executing strategy in the market units, including team coordination, customer escalations, and QBRs
Driving solution consumption, renewals, and expansion KPIs
Forecasting renewal and churn rates across strategic and digital segments
Developing your team's expertise and supporting career progression
Creating engaging customer communities in your region
Facilitating collaboration across sales, post:
sales, marketing, services, product, and partner teams
Building executive:
level relationships with selected customers
Supporting the deployment of value identification and realization methodologies
Leading organizational change following the LeanIX acquisition, helping your team expand networks and build stakeholder bridges
Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and long:
term value realization across SAP's transformation portfolio.
What you bring
Bilingual proficiency in French and English
Experience in cloud ERP and transformation projects (managing, delivering, or selling)
Strong understanding of end:
to:
end processes and enterprise architecture
Proven success in leading high:
performing teams and developing talent
Customer Value First mindset, thought leadership, and executive presence
Ability to resolve complex customer issues and apply risk:
mitigation strategies
Excellent analytical, coaching, and communication skills
